Clinical+ and Critical: real-time GPS and temperature monitoring throughout every transfer. Full log auto-uploaded on delivery — downloadable from your account. One-time use box and sensor delivered to client with every transfer. Clinical: full report delivered within 24 hours of transfer completion.

Monthly Compliance Summary
Delivered on the 1st of each month. All transfers: reference, date, material, temperature compliance rate, incidents and resolutions. Audit-ready. Supports JCI, CAP, ISO 15189.

Real-time GPS tracking throughout every active transfer. Route replay available post-transfer.

Escalation Protocol

Zone classification is determined by distance from collection point to delivery point. The applicable zone surcharge is fixed within each zone boundary and confirmed at booking.
